Amendments to Articles of Association and right to fee-free redemption

On November 10th, 2025, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) approved Storebrand Asset Management’s application for amendments to the articles of association for thirteen fixed income funds. The changes will take effect on January 1st, 2026, and mean that the affected funds will be converted from distributing to accumulating fixed income funds. As a result of this change, customers have the right to redeem their units free of charge up to five days before January 1st, 2026. All fund documentation will be updated on January 1st. 
 

The amendments apply to the following funds:
